The 8th Central Pay Commission (CPC) has announced an extension for the submission of responses to its crucial questionnaire, providing stakeholders with additional time to contribute their valuable insights. The new deadline for submitting responses is Tuesday, March 31, 2026.

About the 8th CPC Questionnaire

The 8th Central Pay Commission is actively soliciting views, opinions, and inputs from a wide array of stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive and well-informed decision-making process. To facilitate this, the Commission has released a structured questionnaire comprising 18 questions, hosted on the official MyGov.in web portal.

This initiative aims to gather diverse perspectives on various aspects related to pay, allowances, and service conditions for central government employees. The Commission emphasizes that the purpose of the questionnaire is to be better informed, and all responses will be analyzed on an aggregate, non-attributable basis, ensuring the anonymity of respondents.

Who Can Respond?

The 8th CPC Questionnaire is open to a broad spectrum of individuals and organizations, including:

·         Ministries and Departments

·         State/Union Territories (UTs)

·         Employees of the Government of India

·         Employees of Union Territories

·         Judicial Officers

·         Officers and employees of Courts

·         Members of Regulatory Bodies

·         Associations or Unions of serving or retired employees

·         Pensioners

·         Researchers

·         Academicians

·         Individuals

·         All responses to the 8th CPC Questionnaire must be submitted exclusively through the MyGov portal. The Commission has explicitly stated that paper-based physical responses, emails, or PDF submissions will not be considered.

·         There are two distinct links for accessing and submitting the questionnaire, depending on the respondent’s category:

 

1. For Employees of Government, Union Territories, Judicial Officers, Officers/Employees of Courts, Members of Regulatory Bodies, Associations or Unions of serving or retired employees, Pensioners, Researchers, Academicians, and Individuals:

2. For Authorized/Nominated Nodal/Sub-Nodal Officers of Ministries, Departments, UTs, and offices under their administrative control:

Nodal officers are required to submit responses on behalf of their respective Ministry/Department/UT or offices under administrative control through an active GOV.IN/NIC.IN Email ID only.

8वें केंद्रीय वेतन आयोग ने अपनी महत्वपूर्ण प्रश्नावली के उत्तर जमा करने की अंतिम तिथि बढ़ा दी है। अब सभी हितधारक अपने बहुमूल्य विचार और सुझाव मंगलवार, 31 मार्च, 2026 तक प्रस्तुत कर सकते हैं।

8वीं CPC प्रश्नावली के बारे में

केंद्रीय वेतन आयोग विभिन्न हितधारकों से वेतन, भत्तों और सेवा शर्तों से संबंधित विषयों पर विचार प्राप्त कर रहा है। इसके लिए आयोग ने 18 प्रश्नों वाली एक संरचित प्रश्नावली जारी की है, जो MyGov.in पोर्टल पर उपलब्ध है। सभी उत्तर गुमनाम रूप से संकलित और विश्लेषित किए जाएंगे।

कौन उत्तर दे सकता है?

यह प्रश्नावली निम्नलिखित के लिए खुली है:

•           मंत्रालय एवं विभाग

•           राज्य/केंद्र शासित प्रदेश

•           भारत सरकार एवं केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों के कर्मचारी

•           न्यायिक अधिकारी एवं न्यायालयों के कर्मचारी

•           नियामक संस्थाओं के सदस्य

•           सेवारत/सेवानिवृत्त कर्मचारियों के संघ/संघटनाएँ

•           पेंशनभोगी

•           शोधकर्ता एवं शिक्षाविद

•           व्यक्तिगत उत्तरदाता

उत्तर जमा करने की प्रक्रिया

•           सभी उत्तर केवल MyGov पोर्टल के माध्यम से ही स्वीकार किए जाएंगे।

•           कागज़ी, ईमेल या PDF रूप में भेजे गए उत्तर मान्य नहीं होंगे।

•           दो अलग-अलग लिंक उपलब्ध हैं:

1.         सरकारी कर्मचारी, न्यायिक अधिकारी, नियामक संस्थाओं के सदस्य, संघ/संघटनाएँ, पेंशनभोगी, शोधकर्ता, शिक्षाविद एवं व्यक्तिगत उत्तरदाताओं के लिए।

2.         मंत्रालयों, विभागों एवं केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों के नामित नोडल/उप-नोडल अधिकारियों के लिए।

•           नोडल अधिकारी अपने मंत्रालय/विभाग/UT की ओर से उत्तर केवल सक्रिय GOV.IN/NIC.IN ईमेल आईडी से ही जमा करेंगे।
