A meeting (through VC) chaired by Shri V. Srinivas, Secretary (P&PW), was held with Pensioners’ Welfare Associations on 30.05.2025 regarding:

  • CPENGRAMS grievances

  • Grant-In-Aid

  • PFMS issues

  • SPARSH-related issues

  • CGHS matters

  • DLC for NRI pensioners

  • Experiences with newly introduced Form 6-A

Key outcomes:

  • Payments made to PWAs for DLCs generated in FY 2023–24. Associations to share pending claims, if any.

  • PFMS data-entry issues reported by PWAs are under resolution.

  • PWAs encouraged to help pensioners lodge CPENGRAMS complaints; issues may be reported to DoPPW.

  • Guidelines for evaluation of PWAs to be issued in June 2025.

  • Enhanced Grant-in-Aid to be sanctioned in FY 2025–26.

  • DLC Campaign 4.0 to cover 2000 locations in Nov 2025 with active PWA involvement.

  • Pensioners’ Awareness Programs to be organized across India; PWAs may suggest venues.

  • Special Campaign 2.0 for grievances of family/super senior pensioners: 01.07.2025 to 31.07.2025

  • NRI pensioners currently required to submit physical Life Certificates as per rules.

ii) Trouble submitting cases on CPENGRAMS.
iii) Pension Adalat cases submitted.
iv) Grant-in-Aid guidelines should be flexible.
