Bharat Pensioners Samaj recognizes the power of women in the upcoming elections and urges its pensioner associations to inspire women to actively participate in the democratic process. With over 50% of pensioners comprising women, it is high time to muster their support and make pensioners' voices heard by the country's leaders.

Indian women, whether as pensioners themselves, spouses, family pensioners, or secondary family pensioners, hold significant influence. This group includes widows, divorcees, and unmarried dependent daughters of deceased pensioners. Their collective strength lies in their numbers, and it's crucial to harness this potential for the betterment of pensioners and society at large.

Why Women's Participation Matters:

1.    Diversity of Perspective: Women bring unique perspectives, often focusing on social issues, healthcare, education, and family welfare. Their participation in the Pensioners Associations and the electoral process will ensure that a broader range of concerns is addressed.

भारतीय महिलाएं, चाहे वे स्वयं पेंशनभोगी हों, पति-पत्नी हों, पारिवारिक पेंशनभोगी हों, या द्वितीयक पारिवारिक पेंशनभोगी हों, महत्वपूर्ण प्रभाव रखती हैं। इस समूह में मृत पेंशनभोगियों की विधवाएं, तलाकशुदा और अविवाहित आश्रित बेटियां शामिल हैं। उनकी सामूहिक ताकत उनकी संख्या में निहित है, और पेंशनभोगियों और बड़े पैमाने पर समाज की बेहतरी के लिए इस क्षमता का उपयोग करना महत्वपूर्ण है।

 महिलाओं की भागीदारी क्यों मायने रखती है:
