Sir,

During the course of your visit to Bengluru on 7-11-22, Mrs N Nangalaxmi Vice President of Karnataka Posts & TELCOM PENSIONERS Assn presented one Memorandum on the subject, stating that payment of arrears of DR is made on the last date of month along with pension of that month, INSTEAD OF DURING THE MONTH UNDER off cycle payment system. On your intervention, the CPMG Karnataka vide their letter No. CSI/2-13/HR MODULE/2022/II dated 20/21-12-22 issued instructions to all PMGs in that Circle, C to direct all DDOs viz Head Post offices to disburse arrears of DR through OCP( off cycle payments), the SOP for which is available in utilities.cept.gov.in/CSI. Accodingly the arrears of DR @ 4%

for Jan. Feb. and March 23, has been disbursed to postal pensioners of that Circle, but this has not yet been done in Rajasthan Circle, although we have written to CPMG Jaipur, attaching copy of above letter dated 20/21-12-22.

2. It is, therefore, requested that The CPMG Raj. may very kindly be instructed by Tecnologogy section of Dte to follow the "off cycle payment system", not only fot this time but for future also.
