Adequate quality healthcare within easy reach is a fundamental right of present employee & past employees which is to be provided by the employer ( Honourable supreme court of India inConsumer Education and Research Centre & Others vs Union of India (AIR 1995 Supreme Court 922) The Why 18% GST on the Healthcare insurance  premium of present & past employees. Should be waived immediately.
