Introduced a dedicated day(between 3.00 and 4.00 P.M. on every Wednesday) for Central Civil Pensioners, aggrieved of Pension related matters

Dear Pensioner's Associations,

Perhaps, you are aware that Department of Pension and Pensioner's Welfare has introduced a dedicated day(between 3.00 and 4.00 P.M. on every Wednesday) for Central Civil Pensioners, aggrieved of Pension related matters and seeking clarifications etc. on application of any of the Rules/Regulations  being administered by this Department.In this connection an O.M. bearing No.55/40/2012-P&PW(C) dated 31st December has also been issued a copy of which is available on the web site of the Department. The same is also being sent to you as an attachment with this email.  I shall be grateful if you could give  wide publicity to this O.M. dated 31st December, 2012 referred to above amongst pensioners through your periodical journals/News letter/magazine etc. so that concerned pensioners could make use of this facility.
