e.governance in India is heading towards failure. Most of the C.G. Officers do not take cognizance of  e.mail contents of their official IDs. Several of them may not be opening inbox of official mail ID. Online grievance redress is proving to be a farce, as Nodal officers and their team down the line do not bother to look into these. Once forwarded to Nodal officer  DAR and PG  just forget about CPENGRAM complaints, whether through PM ,Presidents or,AR and  PG  Portals. There is no monitoring by DAR  PG.
Unless a separate Desk is set up at DAR and PG and DOP & PW for monitoring on line grievances. System may not succeed.
