ii.            Referral for Transplant Cases — standard instructions in HMIS based digital referral protocol vide Railway Board letter no. 2022/H/8/HMIS/Pt-committee dated 12.11.2025.

iii.            Healthcare Services Standing Committee — vide Railway Board letter 2024/I & Trans. Cell/ GAC / Healthcare / P dated 04.10.2024

Zonal Railways have been requesting at-a-glance information on highlights / key aspects and basic process flows (on HMIS & digital referral protocol) of the policy instructions under ref. The same is attached as Annexure-A herein for guidance, information and sensitization of the field units, empanelled HCOs and railway employees /pensioners /dependent beneficiaries under the Railway Medical Attendance Rules.

2. A workshop and training of IRHS officers and the heads / in-charge of Railway Hospitals (128 nos) on IR, including associate finance and empanelled HCOs w.r.t. on-boarding onto HMIS and being an integral part of IR’s healthcare eco-system, would be conducted and for which instructions from Training Directorate, Railway Board are being issued.

·         कैंसर उपचार हेतु IR स्वास्थ्य नीति, रेलवे बोर्ड पत्र संख्या 2025/I & Trans Cell/Healthcare/2/P दिनांक 05.05.2025

·         प्रत्यारोपण मामलों हेतु HMIS आधारित डिजिटल रेफ़रल प्रोटोकॉल, रेलवे बोर्ड पत्र संख्या 2022/H/8/HMIS/Pt-committee दिनांक 12.11.2025

·         स्वास्थ्य सेवाएँ स्थायी समिति, रेलवे बोर्ड पत्र संख्या 2024/I & Trans Cell/GAC/Healthcare/P दिनांक 04.10.2024

मुख्य बिंदु:

·         ज़ोनल रेलों द्वारा नीति निर्देशों के प्रमुख पहलुओं एवं HMIS डिजिटल रेफ़रल प्रोटोकॉल की प्रक्रिया प्रवाह संबंधी जानकारी माँगी गई थी।

·         इस हेतु Annexure-A संलग्न किया गया है, जो फील्ड यूनिट्स, मान्यताप्राप्त HCOs तथा रेलवे कर्मचारियों/पेंशनरों/आश्रित लाभार्थियों को मार्गदर्शन एवं जानकारी प्रदान करेगा।

·         IRHS अधिकारियों एवं रेलवे अस्पतालों (128 संख्या) के प्रमुखों/प्रभारी अधिकारियों का कार्यशाला एवं प्रशिक्षण आयोजित किया जाएगा। इसमें वित्त विभाग एवं मान्यताप्राप्त HCOs भी सम्मिलित होंगे ताकि HMIS प्रणाली में ऑन-बोर्डिंग सुनिश्चित हो सके और वे भारतीय रेल के स्वास्थ्य तंत्र का अभिन्न अंग बन सकें।
