Subject:- Policy for references of Court Cases to Department of pension and Pensioners’ Welfare-Instructions-reg.
A copy of Department of Pension and Pensioners’ Welfare (DoP&PW)’s O.M. No. 38/05(25)/2024-P&PW(A)(9633) dated 15″ July, 2024 on the above cited subject is enclosed for information and compliance. These instructions shall apply mutatis mutandis on the Railways also. DoP&PW’s O.M. No. 38/70/14-P&PW(A) dated 07.10.2015 was circulated on Railways vide Board’s letter of even number dated 11.01.2016.
2. All Zonal Railways/Production Units are advised that any such proposal seeking clarification from this office should invariably be approved by General Managers and concurred / by Principal Financial Advisors.
