Enclosed please find herewith a D.O. from Secretary, Department of Legal Affairs, Ministry of Law & Justice in connection with mandatory e-filing of cases/petitions by the Government in all matters from 01.01.2022. Para 3 of the D.O. calls for extending the use of ICT tools available in the local offices by the concerned Government counsels for facilitating e-filing in respect of cases pertaining to UOI.
