AS per JCA press Statement dated 06.07.2016. During the meeting with NJCA on 30.6.2016 – “The Finance Minister had also clarified that the Government has taken the decision to implement the recommendation of the 7th CPC to bring about parity between the past and present pensionersThen does the   Indian Bureaucracy who is expert in negating even an elected Government's decision, got the word "subject to feasibility" inserted to keep sword of Damocles'  hanging on pensioners?
