  It is a great pleasure to inform you that DR. K.R. Ganga Dharan President IFA has been invited by the United Nations New York to be a panel member of two important session on 22.08.2012 on "Age Discrimination" and "Autonomy, Independent Living and Health care"

We are sure, As the President of International Federation on Ageing he would not spare any efforts in espousing the cause of elderly around the world and in our country.

Dr K.R.Ganga Dharan; President IFA Toronto (Canada) can do a lot for the welfare of the senior citizens in India especially with regard to extending proper health care services and old age home for them with better facilities. He must be requested to help us. Though I had submitted a few valid suggestions in the meeting held at Trivandrum, IFA has not even bothered to deliberate and look into the same. What I feel that IFA is not that much integrated to look into the problems of aged ones in the rural areas.
