Non- implementation of court judgments to all similarly placed. Creates economic inequality.

Ignoring the description of  ‘rem’  by the High Court of Madras In C. L. Pasupathy  v. Engineer in Chief (WRO) reported in 2009 (2) MLJ 491. To deny the benefit to similarly place the Department of Law & Justice GOI, classify every judgment favorable to pensioners as in ‘Persona’. Only those who went to court get the benefit & others similarly placed are denied the  benefit.
