Sub:- Re-Constitution of High Powered Committee for Grievance redressal Of

ESIC employees / Pensioners pertaining to medical Claims.

In continuation of this Office Memorandum dated 11-10.2018, the Competent Authority has re-constituted the High Powered Committee as under:

1. Medical Commissioner (Medical Administration Chairperson

2. Insurance Commissioner (P&A) Member

3. Dy. Medical Commissioner / Specialist of the concerned speciality nominated by Medical Commissioner (Medical Services)  Member

4. Director Finance Incharge Member

The other terms and conditions mentioned in the O.M. No. D-12/17/1/7/11E.IV dated 11.10.2018 shall remain unchanged.

This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority.
