S C order dated 27.07.022 in Writ Petition (Civil) No.643/2015: The retiring Judicial Officers shall have the benefit of increment becoming due the next day following the retirement. Will also get additional Quantum of Pension/Family Pension as follows :
(1) Additional quantum of pension shall be given to those in the age groups mentioned in Column I, at the rate mentioned in Column, with effect from 1.01.2016:Column 1 Column II
75-80 years 20%
80-85 years 30%
85-90 years 40%
90-95 years 60%
95-100 years 80%
On completion of 100 years 100%
&
Fixed medical allowance of Rs.3000/per month to the serving
Judicial Officers and fixed medical allowance of RS.4000/to
The pensioners and family pensioners with effect from 1.1.2016.
NPS too will not apply to judicial officers.
