Sub: – All India Pension Adalat to be organised during the December, 2020 regarding.

Sir/Madam,

Keeping in view the preventive measures to contain COVID-19 disease, Pension Adalat in respect of officials/officers who retired from Central Vigilance Commission, could not be held during December, 2020 and till date.

2. However, in order to minimise grievance(s) pertaining to pension/family pension cases of officials/officers who retired from Central Vigilance Commission, all concerned, namely, officers/officials [who retired from Central Vigilance Commission] or their family pensioners/representative, are requested to forward their grievance(s), if any, [in writing] alongwith photocopies of following supporting document(s) to the undersigned’s e-mail address tp.sharma@nic.in or postal address [Officer on Special Duty, Central Vigilance Commission, New Delhi 110023:-

(a) Name of pensioner
(b) Date of Birth and Date of Death of pensioner/family pensioner
(c) Designation of pensioner at the time of retirement
(d) Complete Pension Payment Order [PPO] booklet
(e) Date/Year of Retirement
(f) Complete postal address and mobile/telephone number of pensioner/family pensioner.
(h) Identity proof [Aadhar Card/Voter Card/Driving Licence/Bank passbook etc. of family pensioner/representative.
(g) Complete postal address of pension disbursing authority [bank] etc.

3. Further, decision to hold Pension Adalat would be taken as and when situation improves.
