PM MODI’s hall marks: GOOD GOVERNANCE ?. MINIMUM GOVT AND MAXIMUM GOVERNANCE,? TRANSPARENCY & FREE OF NEPOTISM & CORRUPTION ?
I HAVE JUST NOW POSTED THE FOLLOWING TEXT IN NAMO’s WEB APP :VIZ NARENDRA MODI APP .
DEAR HON PM SIR. In the last year of your term of this Govt., it is necessary to ensure that YOUR CORE POLICIES LIKE MAXIMUM GOVERNANCE with MINIMUM GOVERNMENT , GOOD GOVERNANCE free of NEPOTISTIC and CORRUPTING ingredients , TRANSPARENCY IN GOVERNANCE, etc are addressed precisely by the very MINISTRY under your portfolio , including the DEPTS OF PENSION, P &T, PUBLIC GRIEVANCES . To be precise, DEPT OF PENSION’s actions have led to reduced pensions to many PRE 2006 PENSIONERs as they modified the Cabinet Decisions on 6 & 7 CPC revision of pensions, by modifications. PRINCIPLE of NEAR PARITY IN PENSIONS BETWEEN PAST AND PRESENT PENSIONERS stands tampered . PUBLIC GRIEVANCES lodged by most affected segment of PRE 2006 & OLDER SAG S29 JT SECY LEVEL , many SCIENTISTS AND ENGINEERS, retirees are side lined by unrelated and evasive replies without resolving the problem , by application of ETHICS OF GOOD GOVERNANCE. Your GOVT’s resolve to reduce COMPULSIVE LITIGATIONS BY GOVT must be addressed to the DEPT OF PENSIONS first , as their actions have led to such situations in SIXTH CPC and now SEVENT CPC pension disputes . They do not obey lower court judgments and compulsively appeal UPTO LAST STAGE OF APEX COURT ITSELF by filing even CURATIVE PETITION . Kindly advise the said Depts for needful actions in the SPIRIT AND INTEREST OF GOOD GOVERNANCE IN ORDER TO ENSURE BENEFITS OF THE SAME TRICKLE DOWN TO MICRO LEVELS IF SENIOR CITIZENS AND PENSIONERS, who are feeling harassed due to ever increasing expenditures on health and taxation . V NATARAJAN SUBMITTED on behalf of CG pensioners and family pensioners 22 AUG 2018;.
