OBITUARY- Dr SUGAN Bhatia

We have no words to express sorrow ,.BPS staunch supporter Dr Sugan Chand Bhatia ,Senior Vice President AISCCON who addressed 61st BPS AGM on 13.11.2016 passed away last night .His futuristic vision for the aged in India was truly remarkable.As Dr Bhatia departs from this earth he shall never truly leave us , for he is still alive in our hearts and minds, through us, he will live on. Rest In Peace, Sir.Entire fraternity of pensioners salute you.
