Flash-Regarding Court case

No hearing could take place in the SC on 2nd December, 2014 also, of the SLPs of the Govt pending in the Supreme Court for the last one year Reg. Modified Parity to the Pre 2006 Pension as per judgement of PB CAT in OA 655/2010. The said SLPs (clubbed with over 40 other cases) were enlisted at Sl. No 16 before Court No. 2, but the Bench coul hear cases only up to Sl. No 7. The next date of hearing would be known in a couple of days.
