Another affiliate of BPS i,e, P.O.A Hyderabad given apportunity by 7th CPC to present to them the problems of Pensioners.Earlier KP&TPA and KCGPA Beglore both BPS affiliates were afforded such an apportunity

The 7th CPC   visited  Hyderabad from 18th to 20th November 2014

The Postal Officers’ Pensioners’ Association, Hyderabad affiliated to Bharat  Pensioners Samaj, New Delhi was given the opportunity by 7th CPC to present to them the  Pensioners’ problems.

 Shri Yeddanapudi Madhavarao 80+Age Senior Member presented a flower bouquet to Hon. Justice Ashok Kumar Mathur, (Chairman)and welcomed him. Mrs.  Meena Agarwal, Secretary of the 7th CPC., and other  Members of 7th CPC and  Shri Sudhir Sharma Under Secretary were also present.  Shri  M. Chandramowli,  Secretary POPA-BPS  and Shri Ashok Kumar Kodela ,  Joint Secretary of POPA   briefed  the Commission on pensioners’ problems. The Secretary explained the pensioners agony on general pending problems regarding (1) Merger of DR (2) Interim Relief (3) Full Parity & (4) Medical problems of Pensioners living in Non-CGHS areas.  .  It was  pleaded before the Chairman that notional Pay of past pensioners be fixed first and revised  Pension be fixed on the basis of notional pay.  The gist of various resolutions passed in the 59th AGM of BPS was also furnished while submitting the hard of copy of Memorandum  sent earlier by email on 31.7.2014 for the perusal of all the Members of 7th CPC in separate folders.   
           
            The delegation felt  satisfied as the commission heard the pensioners problems of presented by the association quiet patiently and sympathetically.
