Protesting UP docs let patient die

It is a Talibani action of Doctors. Let the protesting doctors answer:
1.Why the Medical superintendent himself did not do what he allowed the cleaner to do. After all MS too happens to be a qualified doctor ?
2. If it was time for shift change, then both outgoing & incoming doctors & other paramedical staff should have been present. If it was not a shift changing time then the doctors & Para medical staff of that shift should have been available within the hospital premises & could have been called?
