On 01.06.2012 BPS registered online through ‘CPENGRAM’complaint of a pensioner who retired as MCM from the office of SSE(C &W) Malda Town under DRM Malda E.Rly vide registration No MORLY/E/2012/03427 through ‘CPENGRAM’. Inspite of complete details in the prescribed Performa . Rly Board instead of forwarding the complaint to Eastern Rly.; sent it to Northern Rly. Who w/o proper scrutiny wrote back to BPS “ Designation & Division from which retired not given” (though both these details are recorded in the grievance)
This is not the first such instance. Earlier a grievance pertaining to N F Rly Malegaon Division was forwarded to N.Rly. Delhi division & a complaint regarding revision of pension & payment of arrears was closed w/o redress inspite of ADRM Delhi divisions’ earlier order to settle this grievance.
