  "Validation Act 2025 – An Attack on Justice for All Pre-2006 Pensioners   In a nation built by those who served it with dedication, a new law has struck at the very heart of justice — the Validation Amendment 2025 .   The Delhi High Court , in its historic judgment dated 20th March 2024 in W.P.(C) 6002/2016 – All India S-30 Pensioners Association vs Union of India , invalidated the Office Memorandum dated 18.11.2009 , declaring it illegal .   This wasn’t a win for just 600 retired S-30 officers. This was a verdict for every central government retiree alive on 1st January 2006 .
