OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: – Empanelment of AYUSH Hospitals/Centers under CGHS and CS (MA) Rules for Ayurveda.
With reference to the subject cited above attention is drawn to the Office Memorandum vide F. No. S-11011/90/2016-CGHS/(HEC)/CGHS/PT-I dated 09th November, 2017; OM vide F. No. S-11011/90/2016-CGHS/(HEC)/CGHS/PT-II/255-281 dated 05th July, 2023 and OM vide F. No. S- 11011/90/2016-CGHS/(HEC)/CGHS/PT-II dated 01st August, 2024 whereby applications were invited for empanelment under CGHS from the Teaching Institutions/NABH accredited AYUSH Centers and the following Ayurveda Hospitals were shortlisted for empanelment. These Centers have submitted the MoA, Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG) and letter of acceptance for the CGHS rates and are being notified as CGHS empanelled centers with effect from the issue of this OM upto 31.07.2025 initially, subject to the condition that these Centers have to on board on the NHA platform within 30 days from the date of issue of
