Si Sir,
1.
This is humble effort to put before you
the mindset of working Postal Workers in Saijpur Bogha Post Office and Revdi

3.
A Pensioner is aware of the fact that he
has to submit his DLC in the month of November, 2022 to the Postal Authorities
and he tried to get it done through various cybercafé and his DLC could not be
generated as his finger/thumb print could not be taken by the system, He also
approached our office, where we also tried utilizing Face Read System. He was

REPEAT on 30.11.2022.
5.
Sir, we need not mention here that
it is the first and foremost duty of the Post Master, Saijpur Bogha Post Office,
Ahmedabad to transfer the same to the Sr. Post Master, Revdi Bazar Post Office
to take note of the same and to insert the same in the List of DLC received by
him.
6. We bring to your kind notice agony of the Pensioner, who is under bed rest due to his knee operation, approached the Post Master, Saijpur Bogha Post Office, Ahmedabad on 31.12.2022, he was informed that his Pension is not received.

On 1st January 2023, being
Sunday, the Pensioner once again inquired to know status of his Pension, he was
phonically informed that it is not received.
8.
So, he approached the Post Master Revzi
Bazar, Ahmedabad, who informed that a DLC of the Pensioner is received only on
02.01.2023, so his pension will be drawn only by the end of January, 2023 with
January month’s Pension.
9.
He also tried to approach your office
phonically but could not got any response.
10.
Though the office of the CCA Gujarat has
not role to play, the Pensioner also approached to CCA Gujarat Office, where he
was clearly told that they cannot do anything in the matter as it is not within
their jurisdiction.
