A copy of Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA)’s Circular No. PFRDA/ 2021/41/ SUP-ASP/06 dated September 21, 2021 is enclosed herewith for information and compliance to the extent pertaining to Government Sector. 

2. The Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (Exits and Withdrawal under the National Pension System) Regulations, 2015 & The Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (Exits and Withdrawal under the National Pension System) (Amendment) Regulations, 2021, mentioned in the circular enclosed herewith have been adopted on Railways vide letters of even number dated 27.05.2016 & 10.08.2021, respectively.
