OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: Fresh Empanelment of Private Healthcare Organizations under CGHS Delhi & NCR.

In pursuance of CGHS Office Memorandum dated 22.12.2025, issued by the Central Government Health Scheme (CGHS), the undersigned is directed to convey that, the Health Care Organisations (HCOs) listed in Annexure-A (23 Exclusive Eye Centre) are hereby freshly empanelled under CGHS in Delhi & NCR.

The empanelment shall remain valid for a period of three (03) years from the date of issue of this Office Memorandum. The empanelment is subject to the terms and conditions stipulated in the Office Memorandum dated 22.12.2025. The empanelled hospitals shall strictly adhere to all the terms and conditions mentioned therein, as well as to the guidelines/instructions issued by CGHS from time to time.

It is further clarified that the Health Care Organizations (HCOs) shall claim NABH/NABL rates only for those investigations/procedures which are duly NABH/NABL accredited.

Punjab Haryana High Court final order CWP No2490 of2024

The Punjab and Haryana High Court addressed the issue of pension commutation restoration in the case of Ram Saroop Jindal v.
