Dear Sir/ Ma'am,

 

The Special Campaign for Disposal Of Pending Matters 3.0 (SCDPM) will be held from 2^nd to  31^st October, 2023. The objective is to hold cleanliness drives and discard redundant scrap materials, obsolete items, unnecessary paper works including weeding out of files of temporary nature to improve cleanliness.

Pensioners Associations, as senior members, can work as a change agent and a leader. In this regard, all Associations alongwith their affiliates are requested to participate in this Swachhata campaign through cleanliness drives in at least 10 locations which include their office/immediate surroundings or any location near them, such as parks. Associations may also collaborate with various NGOs in their locality that conducts cleaning/ beautification drives at various locations.

Each Association may please share 10 before and after pictures of the area cleaned with DOPPW with Swachhata campaign banner. A draft of the banner is being shared for reference.
