Provide door-step services to all seniors 70 and above - RBI directive to Banks

RBI has directed all banks to provide door-step services to all seniors 70 and above. This means you don't have to go in the pouring rain to the bank. The banks have to get wet coming to you !!
BANKS ARE KEEPING THIS UNDER WRAPS. 
If your bank refuses to offer this service although you are above 70, then write a complaint to the RBI.
