The latest information on  modified parity case- Payment of arrears wef 01.01.2006 instead of 24.09 .2012. (SLP No.36148 to 50 of 2013)
SLP No.36148 to 50 of 2013 has been dismissed on 17 March 2015 by the Hon ble Supreme Court. Further action on the dismissal of the above SLP is being taken in consultation with Ministry of Law
