PENSIONER’S WIDOW GETS RE-IMBURSEMENT OF MEDICAL CLAIM BY ORDERS OF CAT Mrs. Sunita Rani Malhotra, widow of deceased pensioner Shri Ved Pal Malhotra resident of house No. 35 GH-1, Mansa Devi Complex, Sector 5, Panchkula, submitted two medical bills for Rs.39,384 and Rs.3,27,261 totalling to Rs.3,66,645/- for indoor treatment of her husband for the period from 6.3.09 to 29.4.09 at Mukat Hospital & Heart Institute, Chandigarh and PGI, Chandigarh to Principal Controller of Defence Accounts, Western Command, Chandigarh (PCDA,WC) from where the deceased retired as Sr. Auditor.
