This is a complete pre 2016 Pension Ready Reckoner, prepared based on Official Fitment Tables and Pay Scale ready Reckoner issued by Ministry of Finance time to time when new Pay Revision took place. It is really quite toughest job to arrive the Notional Pay from fourth CPC to 7th CPC Pay Scales. Because it involves aligning and merging of around 50 Pay Scales of Fourth CPC with 34 Pay Scales of fifth CPC and with Four Pay Band , 15 Grade Pay of Sixth CPC and finally matching with 18 Levels of Pay Matrix in 7th CPC.

We took extra effort to avoid errors in this ready reckoner. We referred all the orders regarding Pension Fixation and Fitment tables for revision of Pay from Fourth to Fifth and Fifth to Sixth. Based on Sixth CPC pay, the Notional pay in 7th CPC Pay Matrix identified.
